Helpful tips:
Verifying the bubble level frame is seated properly in the mast - this is a common cause for mis-allignment
Make sure there are no obstructions (trees, buildings, windows, corner or overhang of your roof, your body or your hands)
Remove existing TV components from previous cable TV or older satellite installations (TV antenna installations such as amplifiers, splitters, etc.)
Use solid copper RG6 Coax cable and keep cable runs under 125ft or use a signal amplifier
Make sure all cable connections are installed correct and are tightened securely
